If you missed yesterday’s post, I’m doing J.Lo’s 10 Day Challenge of no carbs and no sugar. Help me! I definitely can feel myself getting hangry.
I woke up pretty hungry. After all, the first day was pretty rough. I would like to say that maybe I’m adjusting this way because of portion size differences, but I think I’m mostly so hungry because of a lack of protein. However, breakfast didn’t stop me!
It was such a struggle to bring myself to make breakfast. I should’ve done it last night but I didn’t want to miss the Bachelor. For breakfast, I tried to do a lemon blueberry waffle. Emphasis on tried because it didn’t turn out well at all! So, I opted for leftover veggie lasagna.
Lunch was just more leftover veggie lasagna. I don’t actually mind the leftovers but I was still hungry so I ended up snacking on some almonds and an orange.
I did a different version of yesterday’s lasagna. This time I added more veggies like mushrooms and spinach. It was pretty good! Also, I was smart this time and wiped up some spinach and cheese egg bites. I added mushrooms and substituted regular milk for unsweetened almond milk. There’s no way I could mess this one up!
