Yesterday, I had a really rocky day when it came to J.Lo’s 10 day challenge. However, I felt better today! I am still extremely tired, but I think it might be PMS. Nevertheless, I don’t have strong cravings for sugar, not even fruits. As far as carbs, the cravings aren’t as bad, so it will be interesting to see how my body responds when I re-introduce healthy carbs like sweet potato and beans. Am I still hungry? Not as much, but still hungry!

I was planning on having a frittata but that didn’t work out so I had an omelet with veggies instead. I snacked on almonds throughout the day.
Lunch was pretty yummy. I had cauliflower rice, seasoned with lemon, garlic, and salt. With it, I put some leftover roasted veggies and shrimp. It was really good as it was but I wanted a little spice so I added a bit of sriracha.
For dinner, I had leftovers from lunch.
